Ford Start Concept

Ford has now unveiled it’s Start Concept, which could be a future Ford Ka. The good-thing is, it’s going to be larger than the current 2008 model.  The website of the Spanish newspaper El Mundo said that the future Ford Ka will be sold in the U.S.  and it will be the right size for North-American tastes. The car was unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show. The car will have a 1.6 litre 3-cylinder petrol/gasoline engine. El Mundo says that the future Ford Ka will be made of lighter and recycled materials and will be a global car. Currently, outside Europe and Latin America, the Fiesta (except in Japan) is the entry model. Ford has sold the car in Europe since 1996 and it’s currently in its second generation since 2008.

The car is also currently sold in Brazil where it has been sold in 1997 and since 2005 it has seperated from the European model, following facelift that year, as well as an all-new Brazil produced model launched in early 2008.
